This Usage Policy governs how you may use Syntra and its related services (collectively, the “Services”), including access via WhatsApp, Telegram, and any other channels through which Syntra is made available. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Intended use
Syntra is a general-purpose AI assistant designed to support professional and work-related tasks, including but not limited to drafting, research, analysis, planning, and problem-solving. You are welcome to use Syntra for personal productivity as well, provided your use remains within the boundaries set out in this Policy.
Syntra is intended for use by individuals acting on their own behalf or on behalf of their organisation. All use must be lawful, ethical, and consistent with the spirit of these guidelines.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Syntra to:
- Generate illegal or harmful content — including content that promotes, facilitates, or glorifies illegal activities, violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or exploitation of any kind.
- Generate malicious code — including malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, keyloggers, or any software designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
- Automate interactions via bots — you may not use scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with Syntra at scale, scrape outputs, or circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Attempt to jailbreak or manipulate the AI — including using prompt injection, adversarial prompting, role-play scenarios, or any other technique designed to bypass Syntra’s safety guidelines, elicit prohibited outputs, or alter its intended behaviour.
- Impersonate others — you may not use Syntra to impersonate any person, organisation, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner.
- Generate misinformation or deceptive content — including content intended to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others, such as phishing messages, fake news, or fraudulent communications.
- Violate third-party rights — including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
- Violate platform terms — when accessing Syntra via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other third-party channel, you must also comply with the terms of service of that platform.
3. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Syntra and for how you use the outputs. Syntra is an AI assistant and its responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You should not rely on Syntra’s outputs as the sole basis for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Enforcement and consequences
We reserve the right to monitor the use of our Services to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of this Policy, we may take the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and access to the Services across all channels.
- Removal of any content or outputs associated with the violation.
- Reporting the violation to relevant authorities where required by law or where we deem it appropriate.
We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking enforcement action. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent access termination.
5. Reporting violations
If you become aware of any misuse of Syntra or a violation of this Policy, please report it to us at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via the channel through which you access Syntra.
