Google integrations
Gmail, Calendar and Drive, on your terms
Connect your Google account and ask things like “Did Anna send the invoice?” or “Am I free on Thursday afternoon?”. Syntra reads only what it needs to answer, when you ask.
You're always in control
Before anything is sent, changed or uploaded, Syntra shows you a card with the details and two buttons, and nothing happens until you tap. Connecting is optional and you choose each service. You can turn each one off, or disconnect Google, at any time from your Syntra account.

Say hi
Message Syntra on WhatsApp at +39 352 022 1357. On your first message it introduces itself and asks what to call you.
Ask anything
Write, send a voice note or a file. Syntra keeps you posted while it works, then replies in the chat and sends back the files it makes.
Connect Google, if you like
Ask Syntra to connect Gmail, Calendar or Drive. It sends you a button that opens your Syntra account, where you choose what to connect and Google asks for your permission.

Privacy in brief
Syntra exists to help you, not to collect data about you.
- Your Google data is used only to do what you ask. It's never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI models.
- Nothing is sent, changed or uploaded in your Google account without your tap.
- Files you send, and files Syntra makes, are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Your Google connection is stored encrypted on our server in Italy.
- No ads, and no trackers or analytics on this site.
- You can ask to see or delete your data at any time.

Questions
Is Syntra free?
Yes. Syntra is free during early access, with daily limits on images and videos. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you'll never be charged unless you choose a plan.
Do I need to install anything?
No, you only need WhatsApp. Your Syntra account at app.asksyntra.com opens from a one-time link Syntra sends you in the chat, so there's no password to remember.
Who is Echo?
Echo is the name of Syntra's assistant: the one that answers you in WhatsApp.
Which AI does Syntra use?
Syntra uses xAI's Grok models to write replies, transcribe voice notes and create images and videos. xAI doesn't use your conversations to train its models.
Can Syntra make mistakes?
Yes. Like any AI, it can get things wrong, so double-check anything important. That's also why it always asks before sending or changing anything for you.
How do I disconnect Google or delete my data?
In your Syntra account you can turn Gmail, Calendar or Drive off, or disconnect Google entirely; you can also remove Syntra's access from your Google Account. To delete your conversations, memory, files and Google connection, write to [email protected].
